My Beary Cheesecake TartletsI had wanted to make a whole cheesecake but I couldn't find my pounder amidst the many boxes that I have yet to unpack. Hence, in the end i gave up and made cheesecake tartlets instead. I changed the recipe a little as some ingredients were not available in Denmark. Nevertheless, it still turned out not too bad for a first try (thou the pastry tasted a little too salty).
